How to stop the use of body odor

It is well know that the anti body odor products, cosmetic ones or the pharmaceutical ones, are all full of chemicals and toxic additives, which is why they are all so efficient in making the odor stay away. But actually, all that they are doing is to block the sweat glands, which is an unhealthy and dangerous method. If you are considering to get rid of all these harmful products, then here are some tips for you:

  1. Stay clean

You can always get rid of those products if you have enough time to make multiple showers per day. This will, for sure, keep the odor away from your body. The sweat from the apocrine glands is the major problem with body odor. Bacteria feed on fats and other secretions, and their waste products produce that distinctive fetid smell. The strength of the odor it produces a person depends on the amount of sweat glands that secrete as well as the number of bacteria on the skin.

  1. Manage your clothes

Make sure that your clothes are always clean.

  1. Be careful with what you are eating

Avoid spicy foods, onion and junk food, they will only boost the sweat.

  1. Quit smoking

Smoking can do more than ruin your health, you rot the teeth and make you look much older than you really are. Smoking can also make you smell bad.

I’m sorry, but no one wants to believe these simple solutions more than I do, but just because a solution is natural, does not make it effective. While it is true that hair under one’s arms, and the sweat glands cause the awful smell we all know, the ONLY way to rid oneself of these odors is to wash the underarms thoroughly, and then employ an antiperspirant/deodorant, and then start the process again the next day. There is NOTHING inherently dangerous in using antiperspirants, as has been proven in study after study. My advice: suck it up, and keep oneself clean, get enough sleep, and if worse comes to worse around the eyes, use hemorrhoidal cream -it is safe as well.
