Milk, yogurt, sour cream, cottage cheese – delicious food, but also miraculous elixirs for beauty. Thanks of enzymes that it contains, milk, regardless of the form in which it is processed, it stimulates cell formation and acts as a balm against aging. There is no secret: Milk is an ideal for peels and cosmetic masks. Milk proteins prevent dehydration, Vitamin B smoothes the skin and gives it elasticity and Vitamin E slows the aging process, reviving the skin.
1. Cottage cheese and honey – the mask is ideal for oily skin with open pores.
You need a good quality teaspoon of honey, 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese, a tablespoon of milk, a teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Mix all ingredients and apply to clean face, massage gently. Leave to act 10 minutes, then rinse.
2. Oatmeal and milk – this mask is recommended for dry skin.
Mix one tablespoon of oatmeal with a tablespoon of warm milk. Apply on wet face and leave it for 10-12 minutes. Rinse well.
3. Cottage cheese and cucumbers – ideal for freshness.
Take a medium cucumber, peel and pass it. Sieve the pulp, then mix it with 2 tablespoons of low fat cheese. The mask is applied on wet face, leave to act for 15-20 minutes until it hardens, then rinse with warm water.
4. Strawberries and yogurt – recommended for lustreless skin.
Take 3-4 ripe strawberries, crush with a fork and mix well with a spoon of yogurt. Apply the paste on the face and neck and leave it to act. After 5 minutes, then rinsed with water.
For a smooth skin, try the next bath. You need 2 gallons of milk, 4 tablespoons of honey and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. The milk is heated, add honey and olive oil and mix it. Dip hands in the milk and leave to act for 15 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
Peeling for face, neck and décolleté
Mix a tablespoon of fine sea salt with a spoon of milk. Apply on wet skin, gently massage in circular motions, then rinse thoroughly. Cleans the skin deeply and will regain its elasticity. It is used only once per week.
