Banana and cinnamon tea offers you a better sleep than sleeping pills

We’ve all had at least one night when we toss and turn, unable to sleep. The worry we get the less we can sleep, and get angry even more! I spent too many nights like this so I had to stop them somehow. It happened to fall into my hands this delicious recipe that changed my routine completely.

Late hours in which we fall sleep or even insomnia can arise due to several factors such as: depression, stress and anxiety. Almost every night I went to bed and my mind run wild. Whether I was thinking about work, family or trivial things and simply could not manage to fall asleep or to relax. If you keep your mind engaged, chances are you won’t asleep.

Even certain medications can cause insomnia. Anti-inflammatories, antihistamines and drugs for high blood pressure may contribute to lack of sleep. Yes, certain medications can give you a sleepy feeling at first but can cause frequent urination or anxiety, destroying your resting period.
Banana Tea:
Using some foods that you already have in the kitchen, you can make an instant tea! This remedy works wonders on the basis of banana and tastes great. How it works? Bananas, especially bark, are rich in potassium and magnesium. While magnesium prevents sleep interruptions, both potassium and magnesium helps relax the body. In fact, magnesium is one of the best minerals for relaxation! You must know that this recipe is made only from organic bananas. Regular bananas are full of pests.

This tea takes less than 10 minutes to be made and you can drink it every night before bed.
Ingredients:
– 1 organic banana
– 1 small pan with water
– 3 tsp cinnamon powder

You must cut the ends of banana and put the bananas and peels in boiling water. Let simmer 10 minutes. Using a strainer, pour the water into a cup. If you love the taste of cinnamon, add it in according to your taste. Drink one hour before going to bed. If you will also eat the banana, besides tea, you’ll get a more powerful effect … and enjoy a delicious dessert!
